Sheila Westray was the original founder of Ride Royal Blue ATV Resorts in 2005 and was responsible for bringing ATV tourism to Campbell County. In November of 2022, she sold Ride Royal Blue to Justin Jones and went off to enjoy a well-deserved retirement. However, it didn't take long to realize she wasn't the slowing down type and when the opportunity arose to purchase a much smaller, boutique-style campground called Rock Ridge Resort she jumped for it.
The intimate size of Rock Ridge Resort will get back to the extended family atmosphere where everyone who visits is a close friend and enthusiast of the sport. She looks forward to expanding the amenities to include pickle ball, sand volleyball horseshoes, a commercial playground, and a large community firepit.
